Vizitor is a cloud based visitor management software, comprising of a downloadable mobile application available on Android and iOS that can be used by any organization to manage their visitors by making them check-in in a digital way and also providing with a touchless method to check-in visitors where the visitor can simply scan the QR code, enter their details, click photo and sign NDA. To add, the Vizitor dashboard allows the organisation to analyse their visitor's footfall and keep a proper track of their visitors. On the other hand, the host of the organization can receive notifications and alerts about the visitor's arrival and simultaneously the employee can approve/disapprove the entry of the visitor by using the employee application. The organisation's admin/employees can send invites to the visitors for an event or a meeting for a smooth check-in process. The visitor can book an appointment also with the organization by selecting the date and time of the visit and while they enter a set of health questions are asked upon which the entry of the visitor will be decided into the premise.
